Our Chairman, Shri Ramesh Kumar Agrawal, has transformed a modest steel rolling mill into a diversified, integrated, and future-ready business conglomerate. Under his visionary leadership, GR Group has grown into one of the region's leading steel and allied business groups, achieving an annual turnover exceeding INR 2,000 Crore over a remarkable journey of more than three decades. Shri Ramesh Kumar Agrawal has been instrumental in shaping the Group's sustained growth and success. Beyond business, he has made significant contributions to the development of Chhattisgarh's Steel Industry while actively participating in social initiatives, industry associations, and economic forums, reflecting his commitment to both industrial progress and community development.

Shri Chetan Kumar Agrawal is an Industrial Engineer with a Diploma in Business Management. Since joining GR Group in 2009, he has successfully led multiple strategic initiatives and played a pivotal role in embedding quality as a core value across the organization. He has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and business growth. As the Group's in-house entrepreneur, Shri Chetan Kumar Agrawal continues to spearhead new initiatives that strengthen GR Group's competitive edge. He is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), a global network of business leaders dedicated to learning, growth, and entrepreneurship.

Shri Keshav Kumar Agrawal is a Commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant. Since joining GR Group in 2014, he has overseen the Group's finance, legal, and strategic planning functions. Renowned for his analytical mindset and forward-looking approach, Shri Keshav Kumar Agrawal has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Group's financial resilience, introducing transformative business practices, and shaping a culture of sustainable growth. He is the architect of the Group's robust financial framework, ensuring long-term stability and value creation.

Shri Kanhaiya Lal Jain, S/O Late Shri Tara Chand Jain, resident of Raipur, holds a Diploma & B.Tech in Civil Engineering along with an MBA in Project Management. With over 30 years of experience, he has successfully executed more than 35 projects mainly across the Iron, Steel, and Power sectors. A seasoned expert in project execution, plant operations, and infrastructure development, he brings extensive expertise in technical operations, cost optimization, environmental management, health & safety, and human resource management. His deep understanding of DRI process optimization and raw material utilization, coupled with his focus on innovation and operational excellence, has been instrumental in achieving superior production efficiency, optimal resource utilization, and sustainable plant performance.

Shri Ranjeet Singh Thakur, S/o Late M. R. Thakur, residing at Raipur, is having a Masters degree of M.Sc.(Chemistry), AMIE (Chemical) ISO - 9001 from UK is having more than 45 years of sound experience in the field of Cement and Steel Sector, and is also having an expertise in Railway siding construction, Operations, Production, Quality control, Mining, Commercial, Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Liaisoning etc. Shri Ranjeet Singh Thakur is renowned for his technical proficiency, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurial acumen.

Shri Sumit Dahiya is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate with an experience of more than 10 years. He is associated with our Company since 2022. He has experience in the field of internal checks, tax expertise, corporate financing and legal compliances in various business sectors such as Manufacturing, Steel Industries, Contractors, Logistics, Transportation etc. At present, he exercises independent oversight relating to Corporate Finance, Cost Management and Financial Operations in the Company.

Ms Disha Keshariya is a Qualified Company Secretary and a Commerce Graduate. She is associated with our Company since 2022. Prior to her association with our Company, she has also worked as a Company Secretary of a Public Limited Company. She possesses diversified knowledge of financial statements and legal matters. At present, she assists and provides independent oversight in improving corporate credibility and governance standards of the Company.
